Aldi is hoping to tempt romantics with a Valentine’s Day offer that includes 100 roses for just £25.
Described as “the ultimate display of affection”, the Specially Selected 100 Sweetheart Roses gives wannabe Romeos the option of a full bloom of deep red flowers or a mix of pink and red shades.
At the premium end of its offer the discounter will be selling a Valentine’s Rhodos Bouquet at £30, which is a mixture of 24 rhodos and burgundy roses and three red hypericum.
Available as Specialbuys from 4 February, Aldi is offering a wide mix of bunches, including a 24 Stems Top Secret Indian Rose for £10, which features a lighter, more intimate selection of Indian roses; a Luxury Mixed Rose Bouquet for £20; and a classic Luxury Valentine’s Bouquet, with 12 flowers for a tenner.
At the value end, a single Rose in Cone, with the option of Madam Red or Monte Carlo Rose, is £2.50.
