ADC BioScientific has introduced a new portable soil respiration system.
The ADC SRS-1000 claims to enable environmental researchers to analyse soil microbial activity in the field more accurately than ever before.
The complete compact system weighs only 2kg and is designed for rugged field use. It comprises of a portable CO2 and H2O gas exchange analyser combined with an integral soil respiration. The system is powered by a rechargeable battery and can operate continuously for up to 10 hours.
