Pure Flavor is expanding its Canadian organic greenhouse offer to meet growing demand in the North American market.
“We are extending our reach every season by adding to our family of growers in strategic regions throughout North America,” said president Jamie Moracci.
The company is now able to supply eight USDA-certified organic vegetables year round.
The company has also teamed up with six restaurants to develop the Craft House Collection, a culinary range of vegetable mixes to prepare at home.
“For those who really like to cook and get creative in the kitchen, the Craft House Collection is exactly what you are looking for,” said Matt Mastronardi, the company’s executive vice-president.
“The first two items to be featured in the collection are our mini San Marzano tomatoes and Aurora long sweet peppers; both items are not only great for snacking but are cooking items with unique flavours and textures that you rarely discover. They really are the best of the grill, bake, stuff, and sauté worlds.”
The company will be showcasing its new line at next week’s CPMA trade show in Montreal.
