Three leading UKfood retailers will reveal their latest plans for reducing the environmental impact of their stores at the forthcoming Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (ACR)Show 2012, which takes placein Birminghamon 13-15 March.

Representatives of Marks & Spencer (M&S), John Lewis Partnership and The Co-operative Group will set out their plans for sustainable solutions for the energy-intensive food and buildings sides of their businesses.

The companies will give an update on new sustainable approaches and developments in technology for refrigeration, air conditioning, heating and overall energy management systems across their stores and nationwide estates.

Robert Arthur of M&S will also give details about an important new agreement signed by all the major supermarkets designed to ensure the environmental impact of their refrigeration systems is minimised.

With more than 100 leading companies from both the UK and overseas exhibiting,the eventprovides an opportunity to get up to date with the latest advances in cooling technology and related services.
