US produce company Robinson Fresh has introduced new organic varieties and value-added fresh apple products to the Mott’s brand.
Mott’s fresh apples are an integral part of Robinson Fresh’s robust lineup of national consumer brands available through exclusive licensing agreements.
In response to the rapid growth of consumer interest in organic produce, Robinson Fresh has added several offerings to complement Mott’s lineup of fresh-cut sliced apples.
“Apples continue to remain a produce category leader as consumers embrace their portability, wide range of varieties and flavour profiles, as well as convenience,” said Drew Schwartzhoff, director of marketing at Robinson Fresh. “These new products were developed in an effort to seek out new flavours and exciting ways to offer healthy snack options to consumers of all ages.”
Another addition to Mott’s fresh sliced apple products is bags including pouches of Tajín seasoning. Tajín is a popular fruit seasoning made primarily with chili peppers, lime, and salt that can be sprinkled directly on the apple slices for a bold new flavour.
Robinson Fresh continues to expand the Mott’s brand by developing new apple products, such as retail packs of apple slices with cheese, caramel, peanut butter, and grapes that provide a quick and easy variety pack for busy consumers.
