French interprofessional organisation Interfel has announced a series of radio spots to promote French kiwifruit.
According to Interfel, for the majority of French consumers, France is far from being an obvious source for kiwifruit, and the new advertising campaign is seen as an opportunity to better inform such shoppers.
The spots will reportedly be shown on six national radio stations, airing between 8 and 18 March.
The advert uses a play on words involving 'qui' and 'oui', culminating in the tagline: 'Le kiwi français, le kiwi à qui on dit oui', meaning roughly 'Say yes to French kiwifruit'.
