Artichokes Prince de Bretagne

French marketer Prince de Bretagne has announced that it is organising a risqué photo competition for its artichokes based on last year’s successful promotional campaign.

The competition’s theme is “Artichoke, undress me”, which attempts to “bring artichokes to today’s consumers with a combination of humour, aesthetics and sensuality”. Its eye-catching look is designed to attract the attention of consumers.

The contest, which closes at the end of September, is actually aimed at bloggers, who are requested to take a photo of one of Prince de Bretagne’s artichoke varieties, Camus, Castel, Cardinal or Petit Violet, along the lines of the stated theme.

All photographs are set to be published on the www.cuisinons-les-legumes.com website, including a link to each participating blogger, with a jury selecting the winners according to the creativity, originality and aesthetics of the photo, as well as the representation of the artichoke.
