The new campaign for Sabline bunched carrots is set to commence at the beginning of April, according to French marketer Prim'land.
The company is a specialist in bunched carrots cultivated in France's southwestern Landes region.
From April until late October, Prim'land expects to sell some 1.5m bunches under the Sabline brand.
The company works with a network of professional growers that follow sustainable farming practices.
The carrots are cultivated on small plots of land and harvested and packed by hand, the company said.
“We focus on the freshness and overall presentation of our products,' said marketing manager Pierre Aguerre. “For bunch carrots, the appearance of the carrot tops is as important as that of the root, which brings an added value to the vegetable.”
