European Flavors, the European promotional drive focused on promoting European fresh produce to the world, has announced that it will participate at World Food Moscow in Russia by taking a stand.
The international food show, which takes place on 16-19 September, is seen as an ideal opportunity to promote the quality and flavour of the continent's fruit and vegetables to a market worth €85m for Italian fruit and €93m for Italian vegetables alone in 2012.
European Flavors is a project co-financed by the European Union (50 per cent), the Italian state (20 per cent) and member companies of the Italian CSO fruit & vegetable services centre (30 per cent).
In Moscow it will offer Russian consumers and operators the chance to discover novelties from some of Italy's leading fruit and vegetable companies.
At the European Flavors stand, visitors will be offered the possibility of directly contacting companies including Alegra, Apofruit, Granfrutta Zani, Mazzoni, Naturitalia, Opo Veneto, Oranfrizer, Orogel and Salvi.
