Mann Packing is heating up summer sales this August with multiple promotions at all US locations where Mann’s fresh-cut vegetable products are sold, according to a news release from the company.
The California-based group, one of the world’s largest suppliers of fresh broccoli, kicked off the Back to School season with an offer of US$1 off any two Hefty Storage Bags with the purchase of select Mann’s fresh-cut vegetable products.
More than 1m coupons will be applied to Mann products, starting in mid-August until the end of September.
The company is continuing to work with Litehouse Foods on cross promotions; the summer offer is US$1 off any Litehouse product with the purchase of Mann’s Sugar Snap Peas.
Also in August, 60,000 instant redeemable coupons (for US$0.55 in savings) will be applied to Mann’s sweet potato cubes and fries.
The offer includes an easy grilling recipe that is “great on the grill.” The annual offer is very popular, with 2009 redemption reaching 29 per cent.
In support of Mann’s Broccolini, 60,000 recipe books with a discount offer for US$1 off any Star Olive Oil (17-ounces or larger) will be distributed nationwide.
The inserts feature three favourite Broccolini recipes including Tempura Broccolini, Broccolini and Pork Loin Baguettes and Broccolini with Vanilla Butter Sauce.
