Canadian retailer Loblaw has launched a new campaign to help promote its larger quantity club pack line, under the tagline 'Buy Big, Save Big'.
According to Just-Food.com, the group has announced that it will be dropping prices on its club pack product lines and displaying them more prominently in its outlets.
The group said that it was making the changes in response to changing consumer habits amid the economic downturn.
'Customers don't need to waste time stocking up anywhere else when they can get large form at products and a great selection of their favourite national brands without paying a membership fee,' said the group's vice-president of public affairs and investor relations Inge van den Berg.
