Premium apple brand Kiku will have its own stand at next month's Fruit Logistica, the first time it has appeared at the trade fair as a stand-alone exhibitor.
The company will use the opportunity to market fresh, Kiku-branded apples as well as apple juice sold under the brand.
Kiku has a total of 26 licensed partners worldwide, all of whom will feature in the stand's design.
Representatives from those various member suppliers, who are based in countries across Europe as well as in the US, South Africa, New Zealand and Chile, will also be present at the event.
During planned meetings, Kiku's licensed partners and distributors plan to review their global promotional strategy and will also consider further expansion into emerging Asian markets.
As well as Kiku, the group wil also present its newly launched apple cultivar Isaaq, which is said to offer a crisp, juicy eating experience backed by good sugar levels and a balanced taste mixing aroma and acids.
The apple is billed as a convenient, natural snack that is ideal for small portions. Visitors to Fruit Logistica will be invited to sample both Kiku and Isaaq.
