Fyffes has been celebrating on two fronts recently, as it marked its 130th anniversary by landing a special award recognising the longevity of its brand.
At the recent Checkout National FMCG Awards, held in Dublin’s Mansion House, the company was honoured with the ‘Brand Legacy’ lifetime achievement award.
According to organisers, the accolade was presented ‘in celebration of a milestone in the brand’s history and in recognition of Fyffes having proven itself to be a winner in the FMCG sector, in terms of profitability, product innovation and sustainability, over a number of generations’.
The second award Fyffes has received in the past month, it follows the company’s success in being the chosen winner in the Food and Feeding section of the 2018 National Parenting Product Awards.
