US salad brand invites consumers to unleash creativity in the kitchen

US salad specialist Fresh Express has launched a new marketing campaign celebrating individuality and self-expression. The Express Yourself campaign kicks off this spring across streaming TV and social and digital media.

Through a series of videos and creator partnerships, Fresh Express said it is encouraging consumers to see salad not just as food, but as a form of self-expression.

“With Express Yourself, we’re inviting consumers to rediscover the joy of creating in the kitchen,” said Fabian Pereira, vice president of marketing and innovation. “Our salads are more than fresh and convenient – they’re a way for people to showcase their personality through flavour. Whether it’s a classic Caesar or a bold Southwest, every bite becomes a creative act.”

Express Yourself is a multi-phased campaign unfolding throughout the spring and beyond. In addition to social media ads and a series of videos, it will engage culinary content creators to come up with inspiring recipes showcasing how salad greens can be a true reflection of individuality.

Fresh Express will also host a recipe contest inviting consumers to submit their most unique and expressive recipes using Fresh Express salads. The winner will receive a year’s worth of Fresh Express Salads.
