Following the success of its recent taste event at Nosh Food Market in Auckland, New Zealand apple and pear marketer Enza has announced the release of a new recipe series called Taste & Flavour.
In partnership with leading chef Peter Brenan, Enza has created a total of four recipes based around its premium, trademarked apple and pear varieties Envy, Jazz, Pacific Rose and Taylor's Gold.
'In a beautifully crafted series of short clips, these recipes give you a chance to see our fruit in a new light,' said Enza marketing and communications manager Campbell Naish.
'They highlight Enza's commitment to fresh, exciting flavours and invite you to consider what is truly possible when high quality New Zealand produce is combined with great food ideas,' he added.
