Duda Farm Fresh Foods has announced that it has been accepted as a national strategic partner of the US Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Nutrition Communicator's Network, agreeing to conducts promotional activities in support of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and MyPlate messages beginning with 'Make Half your Plate Fruits and Vegetables'.
In order to facilitate these efforts, Duda has emphasised the importance of smart snacking as part of an overall healthy diet through its own 'Plateless MyPlate On-the-Go' campaign, which it has kicked off with the launch of a website that highlights its portable snacking options ans serves as a platform for its MyPlate and Dietary Guidelines for Americans messaging.
'We are very happy to be working with the USDA and its network of partners to communicate messages to help promote better nutrition,' said Nichole Towell, director of marketing at Duda.
