Despite poor results for the first half of the year, Frenchretailer Carrefour has announced that it will achieve its targets for 2009 andwill launch a new marketing campaign in September under the theme “positivityis back”.
From September, Carrefour will begin celebrations for its 50thanniversary. These are due to last 50 days, according to the company, featuringwhat the retailer has described as extraordinary promotions, including twoanniversary products per day.
