The assembly of European fruit and vegetable-producing regions, AREFLH, has announced the publication of a recipe book with a focus on fruit and vegetables.
The free digital cookbook reportedly gathers delicious recipes using typical fruit and vegetable products from its member regions.
'It is a culinary tour which brings out the best tastes from the fruit and vegetables produced in Belgium, Italy, France, Spain and Portugal,' AREFLH stated in a press release.
It said that the book's objective was to shine a spotlight on European fruit and vegetable production and to stimulate consumption by inspiring consumers to add more fresh produce to their daily diets, not just in order to look after their bodies but in order to treat their palates.
According to AREFLH, the book is currently available in French, Spanish and Italian.
