The Pakistan Horticulture Development & Export Company (PHDEC) is staging a two-week long promotion of the country's mangoes at the world-famous Harrods department store in London.
The promotion aims to showcase Pakistani mangoes as an exotic fruit to major importers, distributors, store representatives and consumers.
The promotion begins today and will continue until 20 June, and there will be a special display of the produce in Harrods' ground floor food hall as well as in-store advertising.
The PHDEC will be offering samples of different products made from mangoes including milk shakes, yoghurts, ice cream and juices.
Pakistan is one of the world's largest mango producing nations, and the fifth-largest exporter in the world.
