Terms and Conditions of booking:
I understand that the delegate fee is payable in full, prior to the start of the Global Tomato Congress. The delegate fee includes attendance to the Global Tomato Congress conference sessions, all food and beverage functions. I understand that my hotel accommodation costs are not included in my delegate fee and must be settled directly with the hotel I choose to stay in. I understand that if I am unable to attend the Global Tomato Congress in The Hague, I can avoid cancellation fees by transferring my registration to another person in my own company or organisation. I understand that this arrangement must be confirmed in writing with Market Intelligence Limited.
I understand that by registering for this event I consent to be photographed, filmed and/or recorded during the event as well as I consent to the use of such materials in print and digital communications media by the organiser.
By registering for this event, you consent to share your personal data with Fruitnet Media International. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed. Any information you give us will be treated with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
I understand that all cancellations must be notified in writing and the following cancellation fees may be payable:
Cancellation fee at 25% of the purchased ticket is due for a cancellation received by 26 January 2024.
Cancellation fee at 50% of the purchased ticket is due for a cancellation received between 27 January and 28 February 2024.
Cancellation fee at 100% of the purchased ticket is due for a cancellation received on and after 28 February.
If, as a result of an act of God, war, terrorism, or other force majeure, the organisers deem it necessary to postpone the Global Tomato Congress to an alternative date, I understand that I am entitled to a refund of delegate fees already paid only if I establish that I am unable to attend on the alternative dates offered.
The personal information which you provide during registration will be stored securely and confidentially and will be used solely for the purpose of Fruitnet Media International to keep you informed about the latest fresh produce news and forthcoming events.
