BVL/QS: Bekämpfung von Kirschfrucht- und Kirschessigfliegen – Notfallzulassungen für SpinTor und Exirel
Das Bundesamt für Verbraucherschutz und Lebensmittelsicherheit (BVL) hat gemäß Artikel 53 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1107/2009 mehrere Notfallzulassungen für die Pflanzenschutzmittel Exirel (Wirkstoff: Cyantraniliprole) und SpinTor (Wirkstoff: Spinosad) zur Bekämpfung von Kirschessigfliegen (Drosophila suzukii) und Kirschfruchtfliege (Rhagoletis cerasi, Rhagoletis cingulata) an mehreren Kulturen erteilt.

EU-Saatgutverordnung: Weitere Beratungen gefordert
Das Europaparlament wird sich am 23. April mit der Novelle des EU-Saatgutrechts befassen und über seine Verhandlungsposition abstimmen. Die Gespräche mit den Mitgliedstaaten werden indes erst in der kommenden Legislaturperiode beginnen. Vorher muss das neu gewählte Parlament entscheiden, ob es die bestehende Position übernehmen oder nochmals Hand daran anlegen will.
