James Wightlim, Graeme Ison and Nicole Sweeney join the Piñata Farms team
Leading Australian fresh fruit producer, Piñata Farms has announced several key appointments at its Wamuran, south-east Queensland headquarters.
James Wightlim has been appointed packing shed manager to ensure the smooth flow of fruit through the facility all year round. Wightlim is originally from New Zealand where he grew up on a market garden. His background is in hospitality and tourism.
Graeme Ison has been appointed compliance and safety manager, responsible for overseeing the company’s adherence to safe practices for people and food production at seven farm sites. He has more than 20 years’ fresh produce industry experience.
Nicole Sweeney has joined the team as general manager people and culture, after more than ten years working in the mining sector in Victoria. She is responsible for developing and promoting people practices which support performance and company values, at all locations.
