Naimo Citrus is located in the Reverina region of New South Wales

Naimo Citrus, a vertically integrated growing and packing operation in the Riverina region of New South Wales has been listed for sale. 

The portfolio comprises four orchard properties with the main production and packing hub situated south of Corbie Hill near Leeton. It is being offered for sale in one line or as separate assets. 

The 199.98ha total land area across the four properties includes 166ha of orchard area – 95ha of planted oranges, 45 ha of lemons, 24ha of mandarins and 2ha of grapefruit – expansive packing facilities, various buildings and operational infrastructure and 1,154ML of Murrumbidgee High Security water for irrigation. 

The buildings include residences, site office, pump and fertigation sheds and extensive workshop and machinery shedding.
