Australian family-owned wholesaler-retailer Harris Farm Markets unveiled its new flagship store in Sydney on 24 August.
Located at Westfield Bondi Junction, the store combines innovative concepts with the traditional market-style experience Harris Farm is known for.
“Our partners and suppliers have worked collaboratively with us to ensure a down-to-earth and memorable shopping experience and we can’t wait for the Eastern Suburbs customer to enjoy it,” said co-CEO Tristan Harris.
The store builds on the success of its Drummoyne store opened in November 2015, with Salt Meats Cheese and Bourke Street Bakery’s The Bread & Butter Project sharing the space.
The Bondi Junction Harris Farm Market also has a ‘milk bar’ featuring ‘single herd milk’ on tap with a new farm featured each month.
“The evolution of the Harris Farm shopping experience is encapsulated throughout the Westfield Bondi Junction store,” said Harris.
