Dutch horticulture consultancy Delphy has launched Delphy AgAdvisory, a new strategic advisory and consulting initiative for the North American agriculture sector.

The company, which was acquired by Royal Peterson Control Union Group last October, said the new venture would provide a “comprehensive suite” of strategic advisory and consulting services to enhance the efficiency, profitability, and sustainability of agricultural projects in the region.

Delphy AgAdvisory will be based in Mount Vernon, in the state of Washington, and led by Bradley Gittings, founding partner of agricultural investment consultancy Agama Partners.

Aad van den Berg, Delphy’s managing partner for horticulture, emphasised the significance of its expansion. “With the launch of Delphy AgAdvisory, we are bringing decades of knowledge and expertise to investors, governments, and growers in North America,” he said.

“Under Bradley’s leadership, we can adjust this knowledge and expertise applicable to US environment and ecosystem, aiming to empower US stakeholders with world-class agricultural expertise to drive impactful and strategic decision-making.”
