Der Europäische Gerichtshof (EuGH) hat in zwei richtungsweisenden Urteilen über Musterverfahren des Brüsseler Pesticide Action Networks (Az. C-308/22, C-309/22, C-310/22) die Notwendigkeit des Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutzes bei der Pflanzenschutzmittelzulassung bestärkt.
