Worldwide Fruit's (WFL) efforts on behalf of its staff have been recognised by Investors in People (IIP).
The fruit marketer and distributor has been awarded a bronze certificate by IIP, overseers of people-management standards across the UK.
WFL was commended in 10 areas, including learning and development, after a week-long assessment in January.
Robert Balicki (pictured), the CEO of WFL, said: 'It shows the tremendous steps forward we have taken as a business and is recognition of everyone at WFL for the effort that has gone into achieving this accolade.'
