Walmart Canada has revealed that 47 staff hiring centres are being opened across the country to support the company’s growth strategy.
According to Planet Retail, the retail giant's Canadian arm is looking to recruit more than 4,000 new employees as it plans to complete at least 73 projects, including the building of new stores and the remodelling or relocating of existing outlets.
he retailer is currently working on the conversion of the majority of the 39 Zellers units to the Walmart name, expected to open this year.
