Bruno de Laage was elected last week as the new president of Végépolys, the competitive cluster of companies, research centres and training organisations based in France’s Pays de la Loire region.
Mr de Laage, who has been on the board of Végépolys since 2006, takes over from Michel Velé, who has held the position since Végépolys’s creation in 2005.
According to a press release from Végépolys, Mr de Laage’s priorities will include boosting the number and scope of innovation projects over the next three years, as well as boosting the number and quality of member companies.
