Washington-based Vanguard International USA has announced two major changes to its senior leadership.
The group, a leading global vertically-integrated fresh fruit growing, packing, marketing, and sales organisation, has appointed Tim Clarke as its new president, with Dan Lillybridge named manager for USA sales and procurement.
Vanguard, which confirmed Craig Stauffer would continue to serve as CEO, said the dual appointments would 'support continued growth across the company'.
“Tim is a talented and loyal long-time Vanguard employee who has proven he has what it takes to lead our legacy business forward, and whom we trust wholeheartedly, and Dan has admirable operational and commercial accomplishments, and I know they will drive great success for our company, our employees, and our growers and customers,” said Stauffer. “We’ve made these shifts in responsibilities to ensure we are fully supporting both our legacy business, as well as preparing for future growth.”
