Capespan has announced that following a shareholding restructuring in January, Dr Paul Clüver, who has been chairman of the group since 1999, has been re-elected to the role for a further term.
Meanwhile, the South Africa-based group has moved to appoint two new board members in the shape of Crispin Sonn and Antonie Jacobs.
Mr Sonn is the executive director of Old Mutual SA, and holds the role of non-executive chairman at Feedback Food Redistribution and non-executive director for both the LEAP Schools programme and Old Mutual Foundation.
Mr Jacobs is the CEO of Zeder investments Ltd, part of the PSG Group, and has held positions as financial director of Winecorp Limited and managing director of KLK Landbou Beperk.
