Polish event will feature a conference dedicated to modern technologies in horticulture
The 15th edition of TSW, the horticultural industry fair held in Kielce, Poland, will include a machinery conference dedicated to modern horticulture technologies.
The event, scheduled for the second day of the fair (23 January), will bring together international experts and industry professionals to discuss innovations in the field of Horticulture 4.0 and 5.0, precise plant protection and autonomous agricultural machines
The conference includes two main thematic sessions, the first of which focuses on remote sensing and implementation tools for precise plant protection.
Speakers will include specialists, such as professor Emilio Gil from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and Dr Magdalena Szechyńska-Hebda from the Institute of Botany of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Session 2 will delve into the future of autonomous machines in agriculture and innovation in the field of electromobility.
Delegates can share knowledge with professor Paolo Gay from the University of Turin, who will discuss the impact of autonomous systems on horticultural production, and Professor Łukasz Kaczmarek from the Lodz University of Technology.
The conference will end with a panel discussion, during which participants will be able to exchange experiences and views on the development of technology in horticulture.
