Tom Lange Company International has announced in a press release the renaming of its southwest Florida-based Bonita Springs sales office from Global Fresh Import and Export to Seven Seas.
“Renaming the office to Seven Seas will allow us to capitalize on our internationally recognized Seven Seas brand and provide the opportunity to take advantage of the potential business impact that having all of our import and export offices under one name will provide,” said Phil Gumpert, chairman, CEO and president of Tom Lange Company International.
The company said the re-branding means enhanced opportunities as part of a larger menu of items sourced from across the world.
Despite the name change, Seven Seas assured that it will continue to be the US-based partner of Canadian and Mexican greenhouse growers and specialise in year-round availability of beefsteak tomatoes, cluster tomatoes, English cucumbers and red, yellow and orange peppers.
“We are excited about the change and the opportunities that joining the import arm of Tom Lange Company International doing business as Seven Seas will bring to our customers,” said Gregg Biada, vice-president of sales.
“It also gives us the ability to grow our overall business by building new relationships and expanding our current relationships. Providing the best product available to our customers and ultimately the consumer will stay our priority.”
