Bonduelle has announced that its consolidated revenue for the full year of 2012/13 increased 7.3 per cent, on strong organic growth from a developing non-Europe region, from €1.77bn to €1.9bn.
According to the French group, a change in the scope of activities - notably in Russia and the US - had a 4.5 per cent positive impact on turnover for the 12-month period between 1 July 2012 and 30 June 2013.
Turnover for the Europe zone fell 0.8 per cent on a like-for-like basis and 1.4 per cent at current exchange rates, down to €1.26bn, attributed to a worsening consumption climate.
However, outside Europe, Bonduelle recorded growth of 8.6 per cent on a like-for-like basis, with the segment now representing 33.5 per cent overall turnover.
