The Freskon exhibition returns to Thessaloniki on 12-14 May, connecting producers with international buyers and hosting the International Apple Congress
The sixth edition of Freskon takes place on 12-14 May at Thessaloniki International Exhibition Centre in northern Greece, featuring the top Greek fresh produce companies, according to organisers TIF-Helexpo.
The focal point of the event is FreshCon Market, where producers can connect with retailers. “Freskon exhibitors have the exclusive opportunity to meet representatives from some of the largest domestic and international supermarket chains in Greece and Europe,” the organised stated.
Exhibitors will promote their latest innovations, products and services to visitors, including more than 250 invited commercial visitors, such as hosted buyers, group visits and entrepreneurial delegations, from 33 countries.
“Freskon will receive an entrepreneurial delegation from Iraqi Kurdistan,” TIF-Helexpo revealed, “which will be composed by entrepreneurs in the agri-food and construction material sectors, as well as members from the Chamber of Commerce of the region of Sulaymaniyah, which, among other things, aims to attract investment to their country.”
This year, Freskon will also play host to the International Apple Congress.
