Sherie Terry joins Fresh Solutions

Potato and onion marketer Fresh Solutions Farms has appointed Sherie Terry to head up the group's customer and corporate marketing programmes in the role of vice-president of marketing.

Ms Terry, who spent 15 years at Chiquita Brands International heading up sales operations and category and new product development, has also held roles at Campbell Soup, ConAgra Frozen Foods and Schering-Plough, according to The Packer.

'I'm excited to be part of building a new company and creating a business model for the potato and onion categories,' Ms Terry said.

Additionally, the group has opened a new potato distibution facility in Mottville Township, Michigan, to handle potatoes for distribution across the midwest.
