Sam Aguirre has announced that he has resigned from the board of directors of Peruvian grower-supplier Camposol Holding.
Aguirre, who has been a member of the board of directors since February 2012, presented his resignation to the group on 6 November.
'We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Aguirre for his contribution to the company during the time he served as a member of the Board of Directors of Camposol and wish him the best in his future endeavors,' said Samuel Dyer Coriat, executive chairman of Camposol.
