Directors of Peruvian group Camposol Holding has announced the appointment of Sam Aguirre as member of the board of directors, while also revealing that Christopher Yetter has presented his resignation after five years in the role.
'We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Yetter for all the years he served to the company and wish him the best in his future endeavors,' said Samuel Dyer Coriat, executive chairman of Camposol Holding.
'Also, we would like to welcome Mr Aguirre to the board of directors,' he added. 'We are sure his business expertise and insight will help us achieve our new vision of being an internationally admired provider of high quality branded agricultural products to our clients and end consumers while building a much bigger and profitable company for our stockholders, creating social value to our prioritised stakeholders and reducing our environmental impact.'
Aguirre is a senior managing director at FTI's Corporate Finance practice and is based in Toronto. Prior to joining FTI, he was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Recovery Area.
