Roger Stewart, the current managing director of Dutch vegetable seed company Rijk Zwaan's UK arm, is to leave his position.
Stewart joined Rijk Zwaan in 1977 and has held the role of managing director since 1989.
He will stay at Rijk Zwaan in an advisory capacity until the end of 2012.
Country managers Gerard van der Hut and Jayne Copeland are to take over his responsibilities.
