Pomona TerreAzur has just created a new company named Refaly, which will be in charge of its range of fresh and processed products, including fruit and vegetables and seafood, according to a report from French weekly Fld.
The new company will also be responsible for referring national suppliers for the Pomona account.
Refaly has been allocated a capital of some €1m, with its membership made up wholesalers of both fruit and vegetables and seafood.
