Following on from the news last week that Purfresh has expanded its international team, the cold chain clean technology provider has announced the appointment of JJ Grow as chief operating officer of its plant health group.
Mr Grow joins Purfresh from Nufarm Americas with more than 25 years experience in the agricultural industry, and will be responsible for the operational management of Purfresh's plant health group including sales, business development, manufacturing and product development.
'Today, growers are faced with unprecedented challenges such as expanding populations, competition for natural resources, and increasing operational expenses,' said David Cope, president and CEO of Purfresh. 'Never before has it been more critical to remove inefficiencies in food production so as to ensure yield and quality are optimised on every acre farmed.
