Utah-based Onions 52 has reached an agreement with New Mexico-based growers Cody Shiflett Produce and Hatch Valley Produce to market their onions for the 2022 US summer season.
The new partnerships will help Onions 52 service its growing customer base across the country by offering a variety of consumer and bulk packs in all colours.
Along with Cody Shiflett Produce and Hatch Valley Produce, Onions 52 continues to market for fellow New Mexico grower Carzalia Valley Produce, which added organic yellow onions to its mix this year.
'Our New Mexico partnerships are a powerhouse of superior onion growers, and we are excited to have them on board to strengthen our year-round onion programme,' said Shawn Hartley, vice president of sales and partner at Onions 52.
The trio of New Mexico onion growers plan to begin their harvests in May and will operate until mid-August.
