Nunhems will once again present its wide array of innovative seed products at this year's Fruit Logistica, with an offering designed to bring greater convenience to the foodservice and retail markets.
This year, the Dutch group – which is the vegetable seed business of Bayer CropScience – will be placing a particular emphasis on products for sandwich makers, with selected varieties of tomatoes, lettuce, onions and cucumbers being featured.
'Our products are designed to make appealing and tasty sandwiches, which are efficient to process, safe, fresh and tasty from first cut to last bite,' said Daniel Kretzschmar, Nunhems produce chain manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
The group's entire portfolio of fruit and vegetable seeds designed to meet the needs of all fresh produce sectors will be on display in Berlin from 9-11 February, including Nunhems' range of melons and watermelons, the award-winning Intense tomato and its new Multileaf lettuce assortment.
Nunhems will be located at stand A-05 in Hall 1.2 at Fruit Logistica, with parent group Bayer CropScience showcasing its Food Chain Partnership concept in Hall 20, stand C-13 at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.
