The National Mango Board (NMB) will promote Wendy McKenna from marketing manager to director of marketing on 1 January 2012.
McKenna replaces Wendy McManus, who will become a vendor to the NMB, taking responsibility for managing its retail marketing and promotions programme.
McManus believes McKenna has "an intuitive ability to guide the NMB's marketing programmes to even greater success in the future".
By narrowing the focus of her own role, McManus will have more time to pursue her passion for jewellery design.
