Catherine Decourcelle has been elected president of APEF, the French producer association for chicory, to replace Charles Bellet, who has now become vice-president, with Yves Rica taking over as secretary.
The nominations came at the last board meeting at the end of October; the next meeting will reportedly see the association name a new treasurer.
