A number of new appointments have been made at the Florida Citrus Commission, according to Florida governor Charlie Crist, pending confirmation by the Florida Senate.
Changes include the appointment of Victor Story, president of Story Grove Service Inc, as successor to Wesley Brumback as a grower member of the Commission, and the introduction of Michael Garavaglia of the Packers of Indian River to replace Cody Estes as shipping member.
Meanwhile, Robert Behr of Citrus World will remain in his role as processor member, with David Wheeler of Wheeler farms inc. also reappointed to his position as a grower member.
Each of the Commission members' terms will end at the end of May 2012.
