Nikkon Tusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK) Logistics (Americas), a US-based division of global transportation giant NYK Group, has announced the appointment of Anthony 'Tony' Chiarello as its new executive vice-president and chief operating officer.

Mr Chiarello, who will report directly to NYK Logistics (Americas) president and CEO Kazuo Ishizuka, will also be appointed to the boards of NYK Logistics (Americas) and its parent company NYK Group (Americas) Inc, the group revealed.
