Ready Pac Foods Inc has announced that it has appointed Marc Serrio as its new vice-president and chief financial officer, with responsibility for overseeing all finance, accounting, budgeting, analysis, treasury and insurance at the group.
The produce convenience specialist first hired Mr Serrio in January this year as a financial executive management consultant, and moved to give him his new role on 2 May 2011.
'Reporting directly to Michael Solomon, Ready Pac Foods Inc president and CEO, Marc brings with him a tremendous background and skill set to the company,' the group noted.
