Marco has announced that it has extended its ongoing international expansion programme by moving to appoint Mariette Terisse, who will focus on business development in France and other French speaking markets.
Mandy Hart, managing director at the packhouse profitability specialist, was clear on the importance of employing a French national to spearhead the group's business development.
'We recognise there is significant potential for our profitability systems in France, Belgium and Switzerland, especially in the food & beverages and flavours & fragrances sectors,' she explained. 'We are already working with leading brands within these sectors and Mariette's appointment is an important step in our dedicated expansion strategy.'
Ms Terisse will be working with clients to help Marco's experts deliver improvements in profitability, initially serviced by Marco's Dutch operation.
