Leading Russian grocery retail Magnit has seen sales improve through July, climbing 32 per cent year-on-year to R37.9bn (€974m), the same pace as June.
According to a report by Reuters, the group launched 115 new outlets in Russia through the month, bringing its total number of stores to 5,837.
Magnit is aiming to increase full-year sales by 30 per cent from 2011, CEO Segei Galitskiy told a conference call in earlier in the month.
